2003-08-26 - 10:48 p.m. Today was ok. I posted my parcel to my friend in the US and went shopping with mom to get groceries because I am being left behind while they go on holiday. I have started to feel a bit sad that they are going. I have done this before so I will be ok, but it always feels different when it's just me in the house. I'm glad I have got the dog, cats and gerbils for company. Having said that, I'll have to wake up early - set the alarm - so that they can be fed and let out. It's going to be a shock to my system. Urgh! I've finally booked my flights and emailed the hotel to book the accommodation. I was a bit excited for like two seconds and then everything hit me. All the logistics of it. Urgh for the second time. I wonder how my mom will cope with there. Anyway, nothing else to say really. |
