2003-04-17 - 10:31 p.m. I feel sick. Just scoffed a choccie bar from Thorntons.. was yummy, but then my friend told me something gross and it made me feel sick! Today was hot and I discovered how hard it is to be a modestly dressed woman. By that I mean completely covering your arms... for me that's the hardest thing. Before I was Muslims I used to wear long skirts and tops with three quarter length sleeves, but now those sleeves are not long enough. I need to rethink my wardrobe. It was nice today though because mom took me out for lunch in a tea rooms. I love those tea rooms, they are so peaceful and their cakes are yummy! (Ooooh am over-using the word yummy now) We then went to the supermarket and stocked up on food for the weekend because sis and bf are here. The supermarket made me feel really sick... I kept leaning on the trolley but when I got home I just wanted to go to bed. However, I had to cook a stir fry for dinner so I got into bed about 9. Strangely I didn't wake up this morning until my sister woke me at 12.15pm! I could have slept forever due to lack of sleep when working. It's going to be 10 degrees on Saturday. Sooooooooo cold..... after this heatwave. I will be in bed I think! My sis wants me to go out with the 'family' tomorrow. Am not sure if I will go after today.... the wind seems to make me feel even worse than normal. |
