You Are Beauty
You are Beauty. You are beautiful, whether it be on the inside, the
outside, or both. People are drawn to you as
strongly as you are drawn to the beauty in the
world around you.

What Emotion Are You?

I was very good today. I slept in for as long as possible without sleeping for too long, if that makes sense!? I lounged around and spent some time with my mom and sis. Then, in a rather energetic moment, decided to try and do some exercise. I dragged my mom to do a little aerobic workout with me using a video we have. I tried to shift some ass and tone up a bit. Don't know if it worked, but it sure made me feel hot and tired.

Later on I managed to chop the end off my finger on a cheese grater. I felt so sick at the sight of it that I nearly fainted. I also got my cheek scratched by the dog... not bad for a day's lounging! Typing without my right index finger is proving slow and interesting.

It's weird but I can't stop giggling to myself today... especially this evening. Quite bizarrely I have been chuckling away to myself in bed all evening. Over what I am not quite sure! Could this be the first signs of a Nosher breakdown... or maybe not.

My sister kindly suggested that I burn a couple of incense cones that our friend - known on here as Shakira - had brought back from Morocco. Ok, I thought, might be a nice relaxing idea... so I lit a couple and lay the wrong way round on my bed... using Pippin as a pillow and gazing at my ceiling. About 2 minutes after lighting them, I started to feel as though I was being choked by acrid smoke so I opened the window. The experience didn't get any better... not only was I choking, but my room, clothes and more importantly myself stank and continue to stink like a bonfire.

Problem with incense is that you can't really put it out, well not unless you get up and get water and plunge the dodgy little cone things in it... but I was too spaced out for that...

It was at this point that I remembered lighting some when I was about 12 and having my parents shriek like hyenas that what was that burning smell. Clearly they thought I was burning the house down. I never tried incense again after that... until now... I doubt I will try it again until hmmm, until I forget again!
